Every child is a unique kind of flower, and all together, make this world a beautiful garden.
Paediatric neuropsychology is a specialised area which focuses on discovering and understanding the trajectory and development of a child’s brain and how this relates to their thinking skills, behaviour, social functioning and emotional intelligence.
Wild Flower Neuropsychology offer a range of tailored neuropsychological assessments throughout childhood and adolescence (5-16 years old). The Wild Flower approach adopts an evidence-based holistic model to identify the key areas within the child’s life that may be impacting on how they are learning, coping and functioning within their world. This provides an in-depth understanding into the child and the type of support and intervention that may be needed to address areas of difficulty, while also offering opportunities for growth and confidence building. At Wild Flower Neuropsychology, we believe in creating an environment around the child that allows them to thrive. This is achieved by using a strength-based model, focusing on the child’s strengths, as well as a collaborative approach with parents and other allied health members, as needed.
